Having a complete travel packing list for each of your trips is a great stress reliever. You’ll head off on your pleasure or business trip knowing you have everything you need. Not only should your list include everything you need t pack, but it should also include everything you need to do prior to leaving.
I’m happy to get you started with this ‘Comprehensive To-Do and Packing List.’
I’m constantly tweaking the list with each trip I take — adding things I realize I need or needs to do. The particular list below was created for a cruise, however you can easily change it to cover a ski trip, etc. by changing some of the verbiage. You’ll also notice some empty spaces — this is for the inevitable ‘write-ins’!
The list begins with the To-Dos and when you should complete each item (i.e. immediately, two months out, one month out, one week before, and the day before…). By keeping track and marking things off as you go, you’ll ensure you stay on track during the lead-up to your trip.
Not every trip will need everything on the list. For anything not needed, simply “X” them out. You may find some items questionable and become curious as to why you would need them (why on earth would you pack duct tape, or a shoe organizer?). For answers to these questions, read Planning a Trip!
Download the ‘Comprehensive Travel To-Do and Packing List‘ and start making your packing job just a little bit easier and stress-free.
