Recipe: Crispy Baked Kale Chips

Crispy Kale Chips

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4 servings


  • 1 head kale, washed, rinsed and dried thoroughly
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Remove the ribs from the kale.
  3. Lay kale on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil.
  4. Bake until crisp - about 20 minutes - turning the leaves halfway through.
